No Pets Allowed except those authorized by the fair’s board. Service animals are permitted. Service animals are defined by the ADA as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

No Smoking is permitted in any tents or buildings by order of the East Brunswick fire department.

Alcoholic Beverages are strictly prohibited at all times.

No Soliciting is permitted. No one is permitted to walk about the fairgrounds distributing materials. All exhibitors and vendors must restrict their sales, solicitations, distribution of materials, placement of signs and posters, promotional activities, etc., to their specific space as purchased and assigned.

Political candidates may campaign only in the space rented by their political party. Candidates will not be permitted to pass out fliers and campaign materials or carry signs, posters or banners through the fairgrounds.
